1. if there are many bends used in the intake channel of vertical multistage centrifugal pump, some friction resistance of water will be added. And bend should be in straight direction, not allowed to turn in horizontal direction, to prevent gas binding.
2. when the equipment inlet road is used, the level of the level section or upward warping will make the intake combine gas, reduce the vacuum value of the tap water pipe and centrifugal pump, reduce the head of the water absorption pump of the centrifugal pump and reduce the water flow. The appropriate method is: the level section should be slightly inclined to the water resources, and should not be level, or upward.
3. the water inlet pipe of vertical multistage centrifugal pump is connected with the elbow immediately, which will make the water spread unevenly when it enters the centrifugal impeller according to the elbow. When the diameter of the water inlet exceeds the inlet pipe of centrifugal pump, the equipment shall be biased to the reducer. Some of the plan of the bias reducer have to be installed on the top and some on the slope are installed below. Otherwise, combined with gas, water flow will be reduced or water will not be pumped, and there will be knocking sound. If the inlet is similar to the diameter of the inlet pipe of centrifugal pump, a regular pipe shall be added between the inlet pipe and the elbow of the centrifugal pump, and the length of the pipe shall not be less than 2-3 times the diameter of the tap water pipe.
4. if the outlet of vertical multistage centrifugal pump is above all normal water level lines of the water outlet reservoir, the total flow is reduced though the pump power is added. If the drainage outlet must be higher than the water level line of the reservoir due to the limitation of terrain standard, the elbow and short pipe shall be modified in the branch pipe to make the tap water pipe into direct flushing type, so as to reduce the ratio of height to width of the drain.
5. the direction of inlet pipe is not correct ① the distance between the inlet pipe and the seepage water tank and the side wall is lower than the diameter of the inlet pipe. If there is fine sand and other wastes in the water tank, the distance between the inlet pipe and the pool is less than 1.5 times of the diameter, the water seepage will be blocked or fine sand dirt will be inhaled when the water pump is produced, and the water inlet pipe will be blocked. ② When the deep water inlet of the intake pipe is not good, it will cause vortex on the river surface around the intake, which will harm the seepage and reduce the water flow. The appropriate equipment method is: the deep water inlet of medium and small-sized water pumps can not be lower than 300-600mm, and that of large and medium-sized centrifugal pumps shall not be less than 600-100mm.
6. when setting the bottom valve of water pump, the next section of water inlet Zui is not straight like that. Gate valve can not be self closed to produce seepage. The appropriate equipment method is: water inlet with pump bottom valve, Zui next section Zui is better straight. If the equipment cannot be straightened due to the terrain standard tube bundle, the intersection angle between the center line and the plane of the water pipe shall be 60 ° above.
