The metering pump belongs to the components of precision machining, which should be strictly required and reasonably used. Before the application of the new pump from the original factory, the anti rust agent outside the pump and the experimental oil inside the pump should be cleaned as soon as possible. After wiping, the hole shaft and rolling parts should be coated with high temperature resistant methyl silicone oil, and then the assembly should be carried out again. After the assembly, the rotation should not feel stuck. The assembled metering pump shall be stored in the equipment with temperature and humidity control, and the rust prevention treatment shall be reserved.

Before installation, check the pump seat and the mounting surface of the spinning machine. It is required to be quiet and free from dirt. Otherwise, easy to run pulp or fixed after rotating inflexible. After tightening the external thread position of the metering pump, dip it with high temperature resistant methyl silicone oil, fix the metering pump on the spinning machine, rotate the pump shaft without load, and adjust it to a flexible stop.

After cleaning the pump and parts in the circulating fluidized bed, they are moved into the refrigeration tank to refrigerate safely and quickly at room temperature. Organic compounds and carbonized sediment have been removed in the bed. However, inorganic additives in organic compounds are still deposited on the parts in powder form, which can only be removed by percolation or ultrasonic cleaning.
