1. Introduce proper hj-20 or HJ-30 mechanical lubricating oil into the gear box of metering pump, which is generally slightly higher than the oil level gauge management center. Hj-20 or HJ-30 mechanical lubricating oil shall be added to the connecting body of hydraulic diaphragm pump, and no oil shall be added to the connecting body of plunger pump.

2. Check that the connecting anchor bolts are not loose.

Commissioning of dosing device

1. Introduce a certain amount of water into the liquid tank and open the relevant gate valve;

2. When the inching motor is running, it must be free from all jamming conditions. Observe whether there is abnormal sound and vibration. The rotation direction of the motor fan blade should be clockwise, otherwise adjust the route to clockwise.

3. Rotate the adjusting spindle to see whether the adjusting organization is flexible and reliable. Turn off the exhaust valve to charge and check whether the total flow and working pressure are normal.

4. After 0.5 hours of operation, check whether the sealing position of the plunger pump is hot or not, and take the non hot feeling as the standard. If it is hot, moderately loosen the clamping nut.

5. Gradually increase the working pressure to the rated working pressure to check whether the sealing position of the plunger pump is leaking.
