Working structure principle

The acid and alkali dosing device is mainly composed of solution tank, mixing tank (with agitator), metering pump, liquid level meter, electric control cabinet, pipeline, valve, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter, base, escalator, etc. (it can be configured according to the actual requirements of users).

Due to the requirements of water treatment process, the pH value of water is often required to be controlled within a certain range. Adding a certain amount of acid or alkali to the water manually is a more direct and effective way to meet this requirement. Commonly used acid and alkali neutralizers include sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, ammonia, calcium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, etc.

Process Overview

The dosing device mainly consists of four parts: solution dispensing system, metering dosing system, safety system and control system.

The solid agent is added into the dissolving tank, and then the desalted water or condensate water is added in proportion for stirring and dissolving. The solid agent is added into the boiler drum by the metering dosing system. The dosing control can be manual, or the follow-up control and automatic dosing can be carried out according to the control signal output by the upper system.
