The way to deal with shaft shifting of vertical multistage centrifugal pump is as follows:

1. Remove and replace rolling bearing cover, rolling bearing coupling, adjusting nut and related anchor bolt, sealing gasket, framework seal, etc. Compared with the original structure, the diameter of rolling bearing coupling and adjusting nut is moderately expanded, and there is sufficient thickness to produce and process screw holes and buried holes on them respectively, and then the two are connected together according to an anchor bolt, so that there is no relative speed between shaft and rolling bearing coupling, and finally the upward axial force is balanced by rolling bearing.

2. In the vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump shaft ring position pad high, add moderate thin seal ring, tighten the adjusting nut, equivalent to accurate positioning on both sides of the shaft, the rolling bearing coupling clamp on the shaft, then the same can transfer the axial force to the rolling bearing.
